#6170-Regional Sales Manager-IA-$90-$225K-Our Client is a premium fertilizer and service based company with a solid track record of growth and profits.  They want to hire a Regional Sales Manager to work with the sales team and independent rep systems to ramp up product adoption and sales growth.  

This position will report to the National Sales Manager and will be highly financially incentivized.  The position is a new one created because the Illinois Market is growing quickly for the company and they need someone there to drive continued growth.

The Regional Sales Manager will need to have experience recruiting Sales Managers and Dealers and setting them up within the business.  A strong entrepreneurial drive will be needed and will be rewarded with a very strong base compensation and incentive that can drive income.
