2.  Remember Good Things Take Time

• Our recruiting consultants invest valuable time gathering information before ever presenting the concept to an employer.

• When a potential candidate and client match is made, a complete package is presented to the prospective employer that includes; a cover letter, a performance profile, a professional resume, personality assessment, and complete reference notes.

• Placements can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the urgency of the employer to fill the position, the number of applicants to be interviewed, and the quality of the candidate presented.
