Cover Letter - A brief summary highlighting a candidate’s key points – (see example)

Performance Profile - Candidates answer your questions in their own words – (see example)

Resume - Provided by the candidate and reviewed for content and accuracy – (see format)

Personality Profile - A visual diagram – summary page based on the Personality Style Recognition

References - A summary of notes taken from interviewed references – (see example)

 

Types of Agreements

Within the recruiting industry, the majority of firms utilize a few different types of agreements; most are commonly designed to spell out the scope of the assignment, the terms, and the duties of each party.

At Ag 1 Source, we believe it is important to initiate a search with an agreement to provide clarity, and to determine that a commitment to proceed has been approved.

Of key importance, Ag 1 Source recommends that companies DO NOT accept unsolicited resumes from firms desiring to place candidates without an agreement being in place. Many of the resumes distributed in this manner have been sourced from public databases and candidates that apply to many positions. If you, as an employer company, are receiving unwanted or unsolicited resumes, we recommend that you inform the sender that you only work with approved firms.

Ag 1 Source focuses on recruiting talented individuals who are not actively exploring new opportunities, but have been determined to excel in their performance. Recruiting and hiring high performers requires Ag 1 Source and our clients to forge long term relationships and utilize a type of agreement that aligns the objectives of both organizations.
