The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of agriculture sales experience and a proven track record of success. Experience in executive search is helpful, but not essential.

• Great questions, an ability to extract a very positive reaction out of a client, and to close the deal
• Fire to pick up the phone and keep picking it up all day every day
• An ability to read other people, and know what motivates them
• A desire to make a lot of money and we mean a lot of money, but also the understanding that you have to have a do what it takes to get the job done philosophy to be successful.
