My career has
involved sales, marketing, and management, but people
development has been at the center of each position.
My career started on a farm in West Central Indiana
and has included experiences with retail and wholesale
grain, agronomy, equipment, feed, crop consulting, and
animal health. My last few years have been in senior
management dealing with Agronomy, Equipment, Feed,
Research and Crop Consulting. I have also been
fortunate to have experienced different cultures from
the Midwest to the High Plains and the Mid South by
living in all three regions. Understanding cultural
differences and appreciating the diversity that exists
can enable an effective match of candidate and client.
