Only candidates that have demonstrated a successful history of developing strategic business partnerships in the dairy nutrition/dairy health business will be considered. Qualified candidates MUST have thorough knowledge of the dairy industry. Preference will be given to those with strong contacts in the region, but we will consider relocating the right person.

Qualified applicant must meet the following criteria:

• Must be willing to reside in Wisconsin and be comfortable with medium travel

• Proven business development background in feed/animal health industry

• Existing contacts within the assigned territory

• Qualified candidate must be comfortable with “direct selling” to dairies

• Professional, creative and driven
