Hello from Ag1Source, the premier recruiter in

and bio-fuels are just some of the recent innovations
that have changed agriculture. While all of these
changes have had big impacts on agriculture, the
common denominator is still people. During my time in
agriculture the demand for people has ratcheted up to
new heights. As farmers get bigger and bigger, there
are fewer children leaving the farm to work in Agri-Business.
Couple this with a baby boomer generation starting to
retire now and you have a demand for people like never
before.
During my career, I’ve experienced the impact
people can have on an organization firsthand. During
time with a major chemical and seed company we
launched new technologies that will impact agriculture
for decades to come. However, it still boiled down to
individual talent and passion to invent, implement,
market and sell that technology.
While working for ABG Inc. the top ag focused
consulting firm, I was able to help companies develop
the internal talent they already had and set them on a
well planned course for success. However, they still
have to have the top talent in the industry to make
the plan work.
