I
am pleased to join the Ag 1 Source team as a
Recruiting Consultant. My key focus is the Food and
Produce Production and Processing industry segments.
After graduating from Fresno State, I spent 14 years
in the dried fruit and nut industry in the Central
Valley of California with Sun-Maid, Tenneco West and
Dole Dried Fruit and Nut. My next 10 years was in
fresh cut produce in the Salinas Valley of California
and Yuma, AZ with Dalgety Produce, Dole Fresh
Vegetables, and Fresh Express, and in Portland OR with
Graziano Produce. My experience of 10 years as a
recruiter in the produce industry has provided a solid
base of expertise in recruiting quality talent for
Produce industry clients. Joining the Ag 1 Source team
allows me the opportunity to offer my clients a broad
range of quality talent and my candidates, diverse
agricultural/produce opportunities.
I look forward to helping shape the future of
agriculture through the placement of key leaders and
personnel in the Food and Produce Production and
Processing industry segments. I believe placing the
right people in the right opportunities makes all the
difference in a company's productivity and an
employee's career success.
