· Information about you from references you have provided to us and have authorized us to contact
· Information we receive from a reporting agency such as: educational records, traffic records, credit worthiness, legal filings including criminal background.

· We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our candidates or clients except in a direct job referral information document where you as a candidate have authorized the release of information
· We disclose information as required by law

· We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
