My specialty will
be the Agronomy and Seed Industries which is where my
experience lies. I grew up in my father’s custom
applicator business. I realized early on that Agronomy
was to be my niche. I have worked in sales and as a
distributor account coordinator for national crop
protectant/cotton seed companies and most recently as
a sales agronomist and general manager for a regional
agricultural analytical laboratory. Through my
experience in these areas, I realize how important the
right people are to a company and their performance. I
use my skills in these areas to help make the right
match for the candidate as well as our clients. We
look at many different criteria factors when placing a
candidate with a client and we spend a great deal of
time insuring that we are making the best match
possible.
