Rick Rupp is the Team Lead for the Equipment and Livestock Divisions at Ag 1 Fonte. His Equipment team works with manufacturers, dealers, and distributors across North America. Rick also works with a Livestock team that partners with Animal Health, Feed, and Livestock businesses in order to find the best available talent for their operations.

Rick started his career as a Livestock Feed Salesman for Land O’Lakes Feed. In 1993, Rick accepted a position with a regional Agricultural Equipment manufacturer, Wylie Manufacturing. In this position, Rick helped the company establish a wholesale/retail operation from scratch. It was during this time that Rick was first exposed to hiring, training, and leading a sales and operations team. Rick began his career in the recruiting industry in 1999. During this time, he has partnered with companies to place nearly 400 sales, marketing, management, accounting, operations, manufacturing, and executive level candidates into their businesses. In 2002, Rick co-founded Ag 1 Fonte. Today he helps manage operations along with leading the Equipment and Livestock teams.
